1. Should we have one City Centre with major downtown redevelopment as suggested in the MDP? or
2. Should we revitalize downtown as a Heritage Village, which would be a model for other Urban Villages? 

Central Area Planning Dialogue

The Municipal Development Plan (MDP) for Spruce Grove suggests that the Central Area (the Historical Downtown) of Spruce Grove be redeveloped. Those who have an interest in this redevelopment can join the dialogue in several ways.
